My name's Cricket, well not really, but I've preferred that name for well over half my life. I've been drawing even longer.

I'm a predominantly self taught artist though I've been lucky to have a few
incredible teachers and mentors. My art is a product of the life that
built me, and an intense dedication to improve my craft.

I've always loved animals and nature, my home is a lush forest with endless
routes for exploration and discovery. That is not, however, where I live.
While the desert can be a beautiful landscape it is not where my heart
calls for. So I use my art as a love letter to the home I long for,
hoping that one day it may carry me there.
